The survival rate of mice in each group depicted by Kaplan-Meier survival plots. The survival rate of each group was calculated according to the formula: survival rate = number of surviving mice / total number of mice. The total number of mice on days 4, 5 and 6 were the number after removal of 4 mice on days 3, 4 and 5, respectively. The KM-H, KM-M and KM-L represent the PRV-infected groups which were treated with kaempferol at doses of 240, 160 and 80 mg/kg• body weight, respectively.
