Effects of angelica polysaccharide (AP) on the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) (A), interleukin-1β (IL-1β) (B), interleukin-6 (IL-6) (C), nitric oxide (NO) (D) in LPS-induced claw dermal cells. Cells were exposed to various concentrations of AP (1, 5, 10, 50, 100 µg/mL) with or without the presence of 10 µg/mL LPS for 24 and 48 h.
