Adhesion molecules expression on leukocyte populations in camel blood. Camel leukocytes were separated from unstimulated and stimulated blood and separated cells were labeled with monoclonal antibodies to CD11a and CD18 and labeled cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. For granulocytes (A-B), monocytes (C-D), and lymphocytes (E-F), the expression density (mean fluorescence intensity; MFI) of CD11a and CD18 was calculated. Data for unstimulated and stimulated cells was presented as mean ± SEM. Differences between groups were considered significant if P < 0.05
