  1. Effective doses (ED50 and ED99) of thiabendazole are expressed as the mean of three measurements ± the standard deviation (SD), a percentage of nematode eggs that hatched at thiabendazole concentrations of 0.1 and 0.3 μg.ml-1, S herd susceptible to benzimidazoles, R herd resistant to benzimidazoles (ED50 > 0.2 μg/ml TBZ and > 20% of the eggs hatched at 0.3 μg.ml-1)
