Sensitivity, specificity and cross-reactivity of indirect-ELISA based on rHc-CS. The dotted horizontal line represents the cut-off value (OD450 = 0.352) of indirect ELISA based on recombinant Hc-CS. Statistically significant differences (P < 0.001) were observed between H. contortus- positive sera and the other sera (T. spiralis, F. hepatica and T. gondii-positive and H. contortus-negative sera). No significant difference (P > 0.05) was noted between the H. contortus-negative and other parasites-positive serum samples
