Detection of neutralizing antibodies in the sera Neutralizing antibodies were determined in the serum samples of mice (n = 5 per group) at 14, 28, 42 and 56dpi. The neutralizing antibody titers were calculated as the log2 of the reciprocal of the highest serum dilution that was capable of completely blocking PCV2-infection in PK-15 cells, and are expressed as mean ± SD of triplicate measurements. The data sets labeled with different superscript letters (a, b, and c) are statistically different from each other (P < 0.05)
