Tissue-specific expression of CcIRF10 under normal physiological conditions. CcIRF10 mRNA expression in the liver, spleen, head kidney, gills, skin, foregut, hindgut, buccal epithelium, gonad, muscle and brain was determined by real-time PCR. The gene expression levels were normalized using 40S ribosomal protein S11 mRNA. (n = 3)
