The right uterine horn (R) is partially shown but could be traced from the body of the uterus (U) to the teratoma while the left uterine horn (L) is coiled in the caudal abdomen or pelvis. Two hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) are shown: a 5.8 cm HCC in the left medial lobe with heterogenous enhancement and necrotic regions on this delayed image and a 3.3 cm HCC in the left lateral lobe
