Effect of LC, HC and HC-SY diets on apoptosis related genes in colonic epithelium. Goats were fed experimental diets for 10 weeks with total 0.15, 0.15 and 0.65 mg.kg− 1 diet Se concentration in LC, HC and HC-SY respectively. The levels of gene expression were calculated with real-time PCR in comparison with GAPDH. Values are expressed as mean ± S.E and a, b, c different letters on the bars exhibit the differences between groups with P < 0.05
