IFN-λ3 has antiviral activity against PRRSV and such inhibition is dose- and time-dependent in primary PAMs. The primary PAMs were stimulated with different doses of IFN-λ3 12 h, and then infected with PRRSV at 0.1 MOI. Infected cells were cultured for 48 h after infection. Note that the virus titre was titrated by TCID50.
