E. royleana caused cell cycle arrest in cMGT cells. (a) CMT1 and (b) MPG cells were treated with X.E.E. and X.H.E. for 3 days. Assay using PI staining for cell cycle analysis. The G1/S phase population decreased, and the G2/M phase population increased in a dose-dependent manner compared with control cells.
