SDS-PAGE of rRlpB (lane 2), rVacJ (lane 3), and G. parasuis HS069 sonicate (lane 4) transferred to a PVDF membrane and probed with sera from rRlpB and rVacJ vaccinated pigs (a) or bacterin vaccinated pigs (b). No reactivity was noted to proteins sized that of RlpB (approximately 25 kDa) or VacJ (approximately 35 kDa) in H. parasuis HS069 sonicate when probed with pooled sera from the subunit vaccinated animals. Additionally, no reactivity was noted to rRlpB or rVacJ when probed with pooled sera from bacterin vaccinated animals
