Note the split y-axis scale so that the full range of concentrations can be seen. Anterior segment contains: cornea, aqueous humor, iris-ciliary body, sclera and lens. Posterior segment contains vitreous, retina and choroid. Different letters within each panel (a and b) are significantly different (p < 0.05)
