Immunofluorescence results of four groups with different treatments. a showed the result of immunofluorescence localization of the TJ protein Claudin-1. The TJ protein of control processing group was in good connection while the LPS treatment group was seriously destroyed. The LPS and betaine combined treatment group was much better than the LPS treatment group and nearly the same as the control group.
