Effects of DHMEQ on nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 in FISS-07. Cells were treated with or without 10 μg/ml of DHMEQ for 3 h and subjected to ICC with anti-NF-κB p65 antibody. The results indicated that DHMEQ significantly inhibited nuclear translocation of NF-κB (brown, NF-κB p65; blue, nuclei). Scale bars = 50 μm
