Degree of Adipocyte Differentiation in Osteosarcoma Cell lines. Three of the 5 cell lines were able to undergo adipocyte differentiation when exposed to ADM for 14 days. TOT, TOL and TOK had significant increases in the amount of intracellular lipid (p < 0.0001). BWKOS was capable of a small amount of adipocyte differentiation, though this was minimal compared to the newly generated cell lines
