PRP at 40% concentration increased cell viability in all tested K9BMMSCs (a-f). Values represented here are mean ± S.E. of four replicates of PRP treated cells normalized to cells cultured in complete DMEM/F12 media only. Paired Student’s t-test was performed to compare differences in cell viability of PRP-treated K9BMMSCs to untreated cells. Significance was determined at *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, and ***p < 0.001.
