MAP-specific serum antibody response in sheep. Gudair™ vaccinated (vac) (6 weeks prior to MAP exposure) and non-vaccinated (non-vac) sheep were either exposed or left unexposed (control) to MAP. MAP exposed sheep were grouped based on infection status (infected and uninfected), determined by tissue culture at necropsy. MAP-specific IgG1 (a) and MAP-specific IgG (b) levels in serum were determined by ELISA. Data presented are the predicted mean and standard error, from the linear mixed model analysis. The arrow indicates the timepoint of vaccination. The animal number in each group is denoted in the legend
