MAP-specific serum antibody response in sheep. Gudair™ vaccinated (vac) (6 weeks prior to MAP exposure) and non-vaccinated (non-vac) sheep were either exposed or left unexposed (control) to MAP. MAP exposed sheep were grouped based on infection status (infected and uninfected), determined by tissue culture at necropsy. MAP-specific IgG1 (a) and MAP-specific IgG (b) levels in serum were determined by ELISA. Data presented are the predicted mean and standard error, from the linear mixed model analysis.
