Histopathologic findings of the ICA in both eyes (OU) were consistent with goniodysgenesis. a OS: A broad, nonperforate, sheet-like band of uveal stroma bridges from the base of the iris to the terminal arborization of Descemet’s membrane were noted. b OD: Findings were comparable to OS (a) with the addition of a pre-iridal fibrovascular membrane (PIFM) leading to posterior synechia, mild lymphoplasmacytic anterior uveitis, and mild corneal neovascularization.
