Single agent and combined effects of doxorubicin and salinomycin in SCCF1 cells. MTT cell viability assays were performed. Dose-dependent effects of doxorubicin were first observed at 9.2 μM. Dose-dependent effects of salinomycin were first observed at 2.5 μM. When combined with either 1, 2.5, or 5 μM of salinomycin, dose-dependent effects of doxorubicin were first observed at 9.2, 4.6, and 1.84 μM, respectively.
