Single agent and combined effects of doxorubicin and salinomycin in SCCF1 cells. MTT cell viability assays were performed. Dose-dependent effects of doxorubicin were first observed at 9.2 μM. Dose-dependent effects of salinomycin were first observed at 2.5 μM. When combined with either 1, 2.5, or 5 μM of salinomycin, dose-dependent effects of doxorubicin were first observed at 9.2, 4.6, and 1.84 μM, respectively. Solid dark lines depict the mean generated from statistical modeling for the indicated conditions. Dotted lines represent the upper and lower 95% confidence intervals.
