Features of B4 and C10 cells. a. B4 grew more quickly than C10 during early passages, with a population doubling time of 6.5 days compared to a population doubling time of 19 days. After passage 20, population doubling times between the two cell lines were similar. Both B4 (b) and C10 (c) cells display a spindled morphology in adherent, monolayer culture. Both B4 (d) and C10 (e) cells also display immunoreactivity for vimentin. Bar = 200 μm. No immunoreactivity was observed in the negative control
