The soft tissue artifacts of the markers are shown as the total magnitude of the root-mean-square amplitude (rmsd) and the rmsd along each anatomical axis (rmsdc, where c represents the x-, y-, and z-axes). The corresponding values for the total magnitude of the peak-to-peak amplitude (∆pmax) and along the three anatomical axes (∆pc) were calculated. Data are shown as the mean ± standard deviation.
