The fAT-MSCs inhibit inflammatory response in feline PBMCs. mRNA expression levels of pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines in Con A-induced PBMCs were determined by qRT-PCR. PGE2 secreted from fAT-MSCs affects the degree of inflammatory cytokine mRNA level in feline PBMCs (n = 6 in each group). Inhibitor = NS-398, COX-2 inhibitor. Results were shown as mean ± standard deviation (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001 by one-way ANOVA analysis)
