The fAT-MSCs inhibit inflammatory response in the colon. mRNA expression levels of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in colon were determined by qRT-PCR (n = 6 naïve, n = 8 PBS, n = 8 fAT-MSC). Results were shown as mean ± standard deviation (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 by one-way ANOVA analysis)
