The expression pattern of mRNAs of AvBDs in chicken erythrocytes on 14 d.p.i. The experimental groups of this study were as follows: the control group (Con, PBS-injection, n = 3) and the infection group (Exp, MDV-injection, n = 3). Expression levels of AvBDs were calculated relative to that of the housekeeping gene 18S rRNA by using quantitative real-time PCR. The data represent mean fold changes from PBS-treated controls ± standard error. Statistical significance between the infection group and the control group was analyzed using t-test. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
