DCs can stimulate lymphocytes to secrete cytokines. DCs in porcine PPSs from conventional healthy pigs and oral inactivated PEDV for two months co-cultured with allogeneic lymphocytes at a ratio of 1:5 for 24 h respectively, the culture supernatants were collected. IL-2 (a), IL-4 (b), IL-6 (c) and IL-10 (d) release in culture supernatants were measured by ELISA.
