From: Tween-20 transiently changes the surface morphology of PK-15 cells and improves PCV2 infection
Effect of 0.03% Tween-20 on caspase-3 activation of PCV2-infected PK-15 cells. Cell lysates were harvested at the indicated post treatment times. Caspase-3 activity was measured by using a colorimetric assay based on the ability of caspase-3 to convert Ac-DEVD-pNA into a yellow formazan product. The data are expressed as the mean ± SD (n = 3).
