Result of the specificity analysis. Each bar represents the average median fluorescence intensity (MFI) of duplicate samples with standard deviation. The cut-off value was about 1000, calculated by the formula: cut-off value = mean MFI values of negative controls + 3 SD (Standard Deviation). Distilled water was used as the negative control (NTC).
