CASA analyses revealed no negative effects of type I collagenase on sperm motility-related parameters. Computer-assisted sperm analysis showed no significant differences on sperm motility, progressive motility, average path velocity (VAP), curvilinear velocity (VCL), beat frequency cross (BCF), and linearity (LIN) between control and collagenase-treated sperm, indicated no negative effects of type I collagenase on sperm motility-related parameters.
