From: Trypsin-independent porcine epidemic diarrhea virus US strain with altered virus entry mechanism
Western Blot analysis on the serial dilutions of the concentrated PEDV strains obtained in this study. PEDV KD (P120), PEDV AA (P103) or PEDV 8aa (P70) were concentrated by 100-fold with ultracentrifugation, and the concentrated viruses were diluted at 1:5, 1:50 or 1:500 for Western blot analysis. The pooled convalescent sera from US PEDV-infected pigs were used for the analysis. The PEDV N protein expressed in Vero cells (rPEDV N) by transfecting pCI-PEDV-N was included in the figure to confirm the reactivity to the protein by the pooled antisera
