chMDA5 and chMAVS knockdown influenced IBV-induced IFN-β transcription. a DF1 cells were transfected with siRNA specific for chMDA5, chTLR3 or chMAVS alone or in combination for 24 h, after which the cells were infected with IBV for 24 h.
