Assessment of virus strain-dependence of curcumin anti-PRRSV activity. Marc-145 cells were co-treated with PRRSV (MOI: 0.1) and 15 μM curcumin at 37 °C for 1 h. Cells were washed and incubated in medium without curcumin at 37 °C for 36 h. N protein (a) and PRRSV production (b) were analyzed by western blot and virus titration assay, respectively.
