Threshold validation of positive reaction in RT-LAMP assay. The amplification curves shown in the figure were produced in the assay from culture supernatants of PPRVs. The curves were generated in response to change in fluorescence signal per minute during RT-LAMP assay by ESE Quant tube scanner software. According to threshold validation, amplification curves in positive reactions increased above threshold value of 30 mV per minute (indicated by horizontal line)
