  1. Cells were stained with monoclonal antibodies and analysed by flow cytometry. Data represents the phenotypes of lymphocytes from seven mammary efferent lymphatic ducts (lymph not available from one duct that blocked) and three prefemoral efferent lymphatic ducts. Cell subsets were compared between compartments using unpaired Mann–Whitney tests and no significant difference was found at p ≤ 0.05
