Infiltration of CD3⁺CD4⁺ cells in the magnum of NDV-infected laying hens. Egg-laying hens were inoculated with the NDV at a dose of 10⁶ EID₅₀, and the magnums of the oviducts were collected 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 15 dpi. The nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (400×). The CD3⁺ lymphocytes were detected by a FITC-conjugated mouse anti-chicken monoclonal antibody. A green color indicates positive staining. The CD4⁺ lymphocytes were detected by a CY5-conjugated mouse anti-chicken monoclonal antibody. A red color indicates positive staining
