FISH analysis of 20 cancer-related genes in each canine LL cell line verifies and enumerates oaCGH findings and identifies structural aberrations. The 20 genes were divided into four panels of five genes each for multicolor FISH (a-d). In each panel, individual chromosomes from clinical healthy control dogs are included in the inset to show normal probe placement.
