Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) validation and determination of diagnostic sensitivity (DSe) and specificity (DSp) of the PDCoV-NP ELISA and FMIA assays. DSe and DSp were calculated using serum samples from known PDCoV-infected and known PDCoV-uninfected populations. ROC analysis was performed using MedCalc version 11.1.1.0 (MedCalc software, Mariakerke, Belgium).
