Characterization of IFN-γ (a, e), IL-6 (b, f), TNF-α (c, g) and Lptn (d, f) secretion from the spleen (a, b, c and d) and lung (a, b, c and d) tissues of mice after CIV alone, S. pseudintermedius alone, or both. The concentrations in the supernatants of homogenates from the spleens and lungs on days 1, 3 and 5 post-challenge were measured by ELISA. The results are expressed in terms of pg/ml. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed for the statistical analysis. *, P < 0.05, **, P < 0.01, or ***, P < 0.001
