(Short title) Sampling schedule (one period of the study), including baseline and the treatment timescale. (Detailed legend) A previously validated collection system was used for urine collection on Day 1 to Day 3 and Day 6 to Day 8 [33]. The system recorded accurately the time urination occurred. Oral furosemide (2 mg kg−1) was administered twice-daily from the morning of day 6 to the morning of day 8. The treatment consisted of administering furosemide with one of four oral NSAID/placebo dosing regimens (placebo, 1 to 2 mg kg−1 robenacoxib once-daily, 1 to 2 mg kg−1 robenacoxib twice-daily and ketoprofen 1 mg kg−1 once-daily) from the morning of day 6 to the morning of day 8
