  1. The scan was performed with a maximal temporal window of 50% of the study period and a maximum spatial window including 50% of the study population. The study included all cases (n = 334) from all farms (n = 118) of reported acquired equine polyneuropathy during 1995-2012 in Norway (NO) and Sweden (SE) for which the month of the first case and the number of diseased horses on the farm was known.
