  4. GI Negative: Small intestinal tracts negative by PCR & IHC.
  5. GI positive: Small intestinal tracts positive by PCR & IHC.
  6. Lesions: Histopathologic evidence of PEDV infection.
  7. DPI: Days post-ingestion of feed.
