WBC – white blood cell count, RBC – total red blood cell count, HGB – haemoglobin concentration, HCT – packed cell volume, NEU – total number of neutrophils, LYM – total number of lymphocytes, N:L – neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio.
Significant differences were observed between the following groups:
Before and after training sessions in each group:*p ≤ 0.05, **p ≤ 0.01, ***p ≤ 0.001.
Groups A and B: ^ap ≤ 0.05, ^bp ≤ 0.01, ^cp ≤ 0.001.
Groups A and C: ^dp ≤ 0.05, ^ep ≤ 0.01, ^fp ≤ 0.001.
Groups B and C: ^xp ≤ 0.05, ^yp ≤ 0.01, ^zp ≤ 0.001.
