Parallelism between standard curve and serial dilutions of pregnant buffalo plasma samples. Standard curve for RIA-860 was calculated by linear scale of B/B0 ratio vs. decadic logarithm of the standard concentration using radiolabelled boPAG67kDa. Plasma samples from pregnant buffalo were serially diluted at 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/16.
