  4. Km/Vmax curves were fitted by GraphPad Prism 6.01 software (San Diego, California, USA) and Km was calculated. Measurements were performed in duplicate in at least three independent experiments and mean Km ± SD are given in the table. Statistical significance was determined by a two-way ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni post-hoc test. P < 0.05 indicates a significant difference.
