  1. Genotype profiles of the 21 isolates. Note that isolates whose MIRUs, VNTR 32, SSR loci 1, 2 could not be amplified had distinct genotype profiles. These isolates were confirmed to belong to different genotypes using the SSR locus 8 phyologenetic analysis.
  2. * MapUg10 belonged to a different genotype according to SSR locus 8 SNP phylogenetic analysis.
