  2. Pigs were classified MRSA positive if either one of the swabs (nasal/rectal) tested positive; from all MRSA positive samplings of pigs (n = 476), 67% was classified positive based on both swabs, 31% on a positive nasal swab and 2% on a positive rectal swab.
