  1. The percentage of cells staining positive for CD11b and CADO48A are displayed for each gate analyzed for both the control and tumor-bearing populations. Cells from the P4 gate of the tumor bearing dogs were found to be elevated as compared to the healthy control dogs. No other statistical differences were seen in the other gates analyzed. An * denotes statistical significance (P<0.05). All values are expressed as a percentage of all cells analyzed by flow cytometry.
