Tricuspid inflow velocity spectrum obtained from a tilted right parasternal long axis four chamber view. The peak early filling velocity (Emax), the peak filling velocity of the tricuspid flow during atrial contraction (Amax), the E-peak and A-peak velocity time integral (VTIE and VTIA respectively) and the E-peak and A-peak ejection times (ETE and ETA respectively) were measured as shown.
