Horizontal lines represent the cut-off values of CFT (dilution 1:10, 100% inhibition of haemolysis) and cELISA (50% inhibition), respectively. The assignment of letters and symbols to the respective animals is given in the right-hand column. A: Early high responders (according to CFT), B: Late high responders, C: Low responders. Missing bars at later time points indicate that the respective animal died or had to be removed prematurely.
