Sagittal section of the right hemithorax (A) and transverse section at the level of the 8th thoracic vertebra (B). The mass extended from the thoracic inlet to the diaphragm and displaced the heart dorsally and to the right. Accumulation of contrast medium was limited to the periphery of the mass.
